Shipping is non-refundable, unless there is a mistake on our end.
All items are inspected and shipped in pristine condition, however if you feel you have received a damaged item please contact us within 3 business days of receiving your item. If you do not contact us about the issue within the 3 days we will unfortunately be unable to help you with the issue. Please make sure to inspect your items, we always want happy customers!
The shipping costs will be covered by the customer if items are exchanged for reasons other than damaged goods.
Items are best cared for by washing in cold water and hanging/laying flat to dry.
